Reiki Training

These are the five principles of Reiki.  This is the path Reiki will lead you to and through this path you automatically find that life falls into place and, while you may still face the everyday problems and issues of the world, they somehow become manageable and a lot less daunting.  You may find that your will power increases as you become more relaxed about yourself and the world around you.  It is believed that Reiki energy is in all of us, laying dormant and that all that is required to set it free is for a Reiki Teacher (often referred to as a Reiki Master) to place the sacred symbols used to enhance the energy into your hands.  This is known as an "attunement".

Accredited by the Reiki Blessings Academy, our certificates will count toward further training and study through the academy.

Reiki training sessions are held regularly at the Uphall Station Institute in Livingston.  The institute is within walking distance of the railway station and easily accessible from Edinburgh. 

Choosing your teacher

It is widely understood that you will be guided to the Reiki Teacher that suits you best.  Don't worry, you will normally be guided to the teacher who is best for you.  Like most Reiki teachers I try to bring together value for money with all the benefits of many years' experience in both practice and training, these benefits include:
